Terms of Service

By accessing the MajestyNodes website (majestynodes.com), billing panel (billing.majestynodes.com), game panel, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein.

If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

To access our services, you must create an account through our billing panel. You agree to:

  Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

  Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• ✓
  Keep your password confidential and not share account access with any third party.
• ✓
  Notify us immediately at support@majestynodes.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ✓
  Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

MajestyNodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

MajestyNodes offers the following hosting services, subject to plan-specific terms:

  Web Hosting — LiteSpeed + NVMe shared hosting for websites and applications.
• 🤖
  Discord Bot Hosting — 24/7 uptime hosting for bots and background processes.

  AI Automation — Workflow automation, n8n hosting, and AI agent infrastructure.

Service specifications, resource limits, and pricing are as listed at the time of purchase on majestynodes.com. MajestyNodes reserves the right to modify plan features with at least 14 days' advance notice to affected customers.

All services are prepaid. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept the following payment methods:

  Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• ₹
  Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) via RazorPay
• ₹
  International cards in USD where applicable

All INR prices include applicable GST where required. USD pricing is informational and subject to exchange rate conversion at the time of payment. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email address upon each billing event.

Failed recurring payments will trigger automated reminder emails 3 days, 1 day, and on the due date. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method in your billing panel.

Beyond the 48-hour window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for:

  Services already consumed or partially used beyond the first 48 hours.
• ✗
  Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
• ✗
  Renewal charges where the invoice was accessible for review at least 7 days prior.
• ✗
  Custom or enterprise plans unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Partial credits may be issued for qualifying circumstances at MajestyNodes' discretion.

MajestyNodes services are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree to use all services in compliance with:

  The Information Technology Act, 2000 and all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• ✓
  The terms and conditions of any third-party software or platform you run on our infrastructure (e.g., Minecraft EULA, Discord Developer Terms).
• ✓
  All applicable intellectual property, privacy, and data protection laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you host, the data you process, and the applications you run on MajestyNodes infrastructure. MajestyNodes acts solely as a passive infrastructure provider and is not responsible for customer content.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination without refund:

  Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating spam-related services.
• ✗
  Hosting, distributing, or transmitting malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code.
• ✗
  Conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks, port scanning, network intrusion, or any form of cyber attack against any target.
• ✗
  Mining cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other) on any shared or game hosting plan.
• ✗
  Hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
• ✗
  Operating phishing sites, fraudulent payment gateways, or identity theft infrastructure.
• ✗
  Hosting pirated software, cracked games, or copyright-infringing media.
• ✗
  Running Tor exit nodes, proxy/anonymization services, or VPN reselling without prior written approval.
• ✗
  Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with any other customer's data or server.
• ✗
  Reselling MajestyNodes resources without an active reseller agreement.

MajestyNodes commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for all paid hosting services. Uptime is calculated as network and server availability, excluding the following:

  Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and status page).
• —
  Force majeure events (natural disasters, ISP outages, government actions).
• —
  Outages caused by customer misconfiguration, software errors, or prohibited use.
• —
  DDoS attacks that exceed our mitigation capacity for individual customer IPs.

MajestyNodes provides automated backups on eligible plans as described in the plan specifications. However:

  Backups provided by MajestyNodes are a convenience feature, not a guaranteed data protection service.
• !
  You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of all critical data.
• !
  MajestyNodes is not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, accidental deletion, account termination, or backup failure.

We strongly recommend downloading local copies of important server files, databases, and configuration regularly. On termination or service cancellation, all data associated with the service may be permanently deleted within 72 hours.

All content, branding, software, and materials on the MajestyNodes website — including the MajestyNodes name, crown logo, "Reign Your Server" tagline, RAM Bubble Configurator™, design system, and all associated visual assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of MajestyNodes and its operators.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any MajestyNodes materials without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our branding or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You retain full ownership of all content and data you upload or host on MajestyNodes infrastructure. By hosting content with us, you grant MajestyNodes a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MajestyNodes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use or unavailability.
• —
  Loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• —
  Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties.
• —
  Damages arising from third-party software, plugins, or content hosted on our infrastructure.

In all cases, MajestyNodes' maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MajestyNodes in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

By You: You may cancel your services at any time from the billing panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time unless within the 48-hour guarantee window.

By MajestyNodes: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• ✗
  Non-payment beyond the grace period.
• ✗
  Actions that endanger our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.
• ✗
  Receipt of valid legal orders or court directions to do so.

Upon termination for cause, MajestyNodes is not obligated to provide a refund or data export. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of severe policy violations or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual good-faith negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You waive any objection to the personal or subject-matter jurisdiction of these courts.
