1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MajestyNodes ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Provision & Uptime

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all our services, including Minecraft, Web, Discord Bot, and AI hosting. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which will be announced via our Discord server and status page.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use MajestyNodes services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
• Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse.
• Hosting pirated content or violating copyright laws (DMCA).
• Mining cryptocurrencies (unless explicitly permitted on specific bare-metal plans).
• Any activity that degrades the performance of our shared network infrastructure.

Violation of the AUP will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension. We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new clients on their first order. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly approved by management.

5. Data Backup and Liability

While we perform routine backups of our infrastructure, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your own data. MajestyNodes is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services.

6. Account Termination

You may cancel your service at any time via the billing portal. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.
